Please Note: We unfortunatly do not offer telephonic support as it requires an onsite installer. This products should only be installed by a certified electrician with good undestanding dimming and IoT.

Distribution and registered reseller support is available via Qi Systems Distribution. This product is currently not certified in South Africa however we are in the process of applying for certification.

Please use with the same brand and type of dimmable Bulbs/Globes. Requires all bulbs to be replaced at the same time to avoid flickering.

It sound expensive replacing all the bulbs at the same time but in reality avoiding those headaches caused by old dimmable bulbs it’s really not.

Should your lights flicker please ask your installer to adjust minimal brightness setting to the quality and age of bulbs then add 10% extra for what your eyes don’t see but may lead to headaches.
