Ownership of all goods supplied remains vested in Daynight Electrical PTY Ltd until payment is made in full.

Shipping

All orders are usually shipped within 1–3 days from confirmation of order, subject to availability of stock and receipt of payment. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming shipment including any tracking information if applicable.

Major couriers are used for door-to-door deliveries. We may use different couriers depending on the weight, size and destination of the order.

Daynight Electrical PTY Ltd will not be held responsible if for reasons outside of our control the delivery is delayed.

Warranty

We only sell products imported by the official importer of the relevant brand — all products carry their full manufacturer's warranty.
We do not sell grey imports.
All defective products under warranty are sent to the relevant supplier or official service centre for repair or replacement.
Warranty cannot be honoured if the product has been physically damaged, struck by lightning, installed incorrectly or subjected to misuse or abuse.

Offer to Purchase

When a customer selects and pays for goods, this constitutes an offer to purchase from Daynight Electrical PTY Ltd.

Daynight Electrical PTY Ltd may, at its sole discretion and even if payment has been made, accept or reject that offer.

The transaction becomes a finalised sale when goods are shipped or delivered to the customer.

On rejection where payment was already made, a full refund will be issued within 7 days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellations

We will accept cancellations on orders still pending. If costs have been incurred these will be passed on to you.

10% Handling fee on cancellations during processing
Daynight Electrical PTY Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any damage, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise sustained by the purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges), subject to return conditions.

Faulty equipment is to be returned to Daynight Electrical PTY Ltd offices in Johannesburg only.

Return Conditions

Items must be in NEW (unused, untested, resalable) condition in original manufacturer packaging.
All accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals must be included.
Items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for full value and safely wrapped.
Used, damaged items or returns with missing promotional items will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on customised orders.

Resalable items returned outside of stated policy. High-value items of R2,000+ subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

Inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery before the carrier leaves.

If visible physical damage or missing items are detected, refuse the package.

Contact us immediately — notify us within 3 business days of receipt. Do NOT discard packaging.

Claims are usually processed within 2 weeks. A replacement item will be sent once the carrier's investigation is complete.

Policy Exceptions — We Do Not Accept Returns On

Items that have been mounted and/or assembled
Customised or personalised products
Special order items including promotional and corporate gift merchandise
All charges related to the return of items to Daynight Electrical PTY Ltd are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
