Matweld Stainless Steel 312 welding electrode is a rutile-coated rod designed for welding dissimilar metals and problem steels, including low-alloyed mild steels to high-alloyed and austenitic manganese steels. The 3.15mm diameter rod provides excellent penetration and a machinable deposit, making it suitable for both manual and semi-automatic welding applications. Ideal for fabricators, maintenance welders, and construction contractors working with mixed metallurgy or challenging joint geometries.
