The Matweld Cast Iron Electrode 99% is a graphite-core electrode specifically designed for joining cast iron to steel in all welding positions. With a 2.5mm diameter and 1kg pack size, it performs excellently on oily or greasy surfaces and enables cold welding of cast iron to produce machinable welds. Ideal for high-pressure components, motor parts, and general cast iron fabrication work, and compatible with DC positive, DC negative, and AC power sources.
