The Fox 115mm Standard Flap Disc features premium alumina zirconia-coated flaps bonded to a glass fibre backing, delivering superior toughness and durability for grinding and finishing work. The zirconia grain reduces heat buildup during operation and combines grinding and finishing in a single pass, eliminating the need for separate discs and cutting changeover time. Ideal for welding preparation, deburring, rust removal, and surface blending on steel and stainless steel workpieces.
